Purpose

To determine and build the structure and design of web pages, systems/ applications, and build bots to enhance customer experience.

Major Tasks

· Determines the structure and design of web pages/ applications.
· Ensures best user experience, usability, compatibility, and aesthetics on all designs.
· Maintains brand consistency throughout the designs.
· Builds interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
· Understands and apply key design principles, and Human Computer Interaction Principles.
· Builds AI-based bots to enhance customer experience.
· Documents and maintains system policies and methodologies using the software development cycle.
· QA testing, troubleshooting and debugging.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related eld
· 2 years’ experience as software developer
· Keeping on top of new technology
· UI/UX, and SEO principles
· AI, and Machine Learning
